Here are 5 tips on what do with a great review: 

1.       Show your appreciation - thank the customer via email or phone. You may even choose to offer them a gift voucher.

2.       Share reviews on social media - post the feedback on Facebook or Twitter, feature the name  of the person who provided the review and thank them 

3.       Feature good reviews on your website so visitors can read other customer’s positive experiences. Make sure to mix it up - change the reviews on your website every couple of months to keep it relevant and up to date.

4.       Write reviews on your takeaway boxes for existing customers to read. This may also encourage others to provide positive feedback about your business.

5.       Feature great reviews on posters in store. Not only will more customers be able to read them, but it will prompt them to write their own reviews.
